Sport Performance Training

Our Sports Performance program provides athletic movement training for athletes of all levels and abilities. The program focuses on improving running/ movement mechanics, footwork/footspeed, general conditioning/fitness, flexibility, mobility, and strength in a safe and fun environment. It is a great way to supplement training for athletes currently involved in a sport or to get ready for the an upcoming sports season. Athletes will also learn about the importance of proper training and competition mindset to use throughout their sports seasons.

Goalkeeping Academy

Grades: 5-8

Experience Level: Intermediate/Advanced

  1. Program Length: 1 Month (4 Classes)
  2. Days/Dates: Tuesday's (5/5; 5/12; 5/19; 5/26)
  3. Times: 6:00pm -7:00pm
  4. Description: This 4 week course will cover all aspects of the GK position including but not limited to movement principles, technique, positioning, shot stopping, and tactical awareness. Participants should have some experience playing the position at a competitive level for at least 1 season.
