Who we are:

RCNSportSource is owned and operated by former NCAA Head Men’s Soccer Coach and Athletic Director, Rob Nydick. Rob is a CSCS Certified and US Soccer Licensed coach who has over 15 years of experience working with athletes of all levels.  

What we do:

RCNSportSource LLC. offers coaching services and programming geared toward improving and developing athletes, coaches, and leaders of all ages, sports, and abilities.

RCNSportSource is based out of Oreland, Pa. (Montgomery County) and conducts training and programs throughout the greater Philadelphia, Pa. area.

RCNSportSource hosts weekly training sessions for the youth in Springfield Township and surrounding communities. Coach Rob applies his knowledge of kinesiology to properly train athletes of all skill levels. Our program registrants continue to return for more sessions with Coach Rob and have always spoken highly of him. Rob did an outstanding job, providing speed, agility, and quickness training for my 18U Newtown Rock Myers softball team.  He tailored our weekly sessions to the needs of the players.  He also provided detailed assignments so that the players could work on their own.  The team loved the workouts and loved how engaging Rob was.  I highly recommend Rob and sincerely appreciate the work he did with the team!
